Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 by Prindiville
Germany’s Reiter Engineering, the
self-proclaimed “only manufacturer worldwide of racing and
race-look-a-like Lamborghini vehicles”, has revealed their Lamborghini
Gallardo LP600+ GT3 race package for 2012. In an attempt to make the car
competitive and reliable in endurance racing, the new model has been
upgraded with a lighter and more precise Holinger transmission, an
updated AP Racing braking system with 6-piston calipers and reworked
cooling, new suspension (which is still under development), a bigger
splitter and double plates on the front bumper corners.

Back in 1981 a man called Dennis Anderson, decided he wanted to enter an upcoming mud-bog contest in his home town. Using parts of old vehicles from scrap yards, he used a corroded chassis of a 1951 Ford pickup,& a Chevy engine, he built himself his own mud-bogger. When other competitors found out what he was doing, they laughed in his face, and told him that their new big expensive trucks would run him into the ground. Dennis responded by telling his opponents: "I'll take this old junk, & dig your grave" he subsequently won the contest. The Grave Digger was born.

On the northeast side of the Baja California peninsula is San Felipe, a postage-stamp-sized town normally home to hard-working locals, fishermen, and the occasional tourist. But during the second week of March things get hectic in San Felipe. That's when the SCORE circus comes to town -- the MasterCraft Safety Tecate SCORE San Felipe 250, a 252-mile race that traverses rocky landscapes, seemingly bottomless silt beds, and dusty, sandy washes.
