For the  uncreative building a drift machine is simply a case of modding up a  Silvia or RX-7, but for those with bigger dreams almost any vehicle can  be slid around a track.
Case and point this week comes from Poland, where a mad crew have  created the Drift Bus from a Ford Transit van. Powering this colourful  character is the V8 engine from an old BMW M5 mated to a six-speed  sequential ZF gearbox. The result is a drift merchant that can light up  the rear tyres and keep its lightweight tail whipping around all day  long.
